Today, I am serving up a fresh, Spring cocktail with a twist on an old favorite: a Spring Berry Moscow Mule. Muddled berries mixed in a spicy, tangy cocktail? Yes, please!
Spring has arrived in the Golden Isles, bringing with it an abundance of sunshine, lovely gusts of wind and the occasional rain shower. Beach season is on and I can’t think of a better way to celebrate after a tough day by the ocean.
Tasty fresh berries abound, too. So, I created this drink as nod to all things Spring. Bubbly and bright, this tasty beverage is super easy to make, too.
The Spring Berry Moscow Mule starts with muddled berries in a chilled, shiny copper mule mug. You can make it any glass, but these copper mugs are so fun and they keep your drink icy longer. Then, I add ice, lime juice and vodka. I give it a good stir at this point. Finally, I top it all off with ginger beer. Make it even more fun by garnishing your cocktail with fresh berries.
Serve up this refreshing Spring cocktail at your next happy hour! Cheers!
