I’m always on the search for good basic recipes. I found this recipe for pancakes a couple of years ago and have never let go of it. I have tried others, but I always come back to this one. I was lured to this recipe because it claimed the name Fluffy Pancakes.
It’s quick, easy and the pancakes turn out super fluffy. They are so FLUFFY! I usually top them with butter and a drizzle of maple syrup. They don’t need much more than that.
I usually double the batch for my crew. If there are any left over, I layer them between pieces of wax paper, wrap them in cling wrap and put them in the freezer. They are great reheated. So many thanks to “Kris” for sharing this recipe.
