It’s Day 2 of my 12 Days of Christmas Cookies. On the menu is a sweet little Glazed Lemon Sugar Cookie. I love lemon and what I love best about these cookies is that the lemon is very subtle.
You get a little bit of tart lemon flavor, but the soft, sugar cookie texture is the true star. These are really easy to make! I found the recipe over at Swanky Recipes.
The key to this recipe is fresh lemon juice and zest.
You will not be disappointed by these yummy cookies. They are even really delish without the glaze.
