Happy Tuesday! We are fully into Spring and salad seems to be on the menu quite a bit around here. I love my usual homemade vinaigrette, but lately I have been wanting to tweak it a bit. I have added maple syrup to make maple vinaigrette. I have added more lemon juice to make lemon vinaigrette.
There’s a local pizza place that makes the most amazing garlic vinaigrette. It’s so good I could drink it. Seriously. So, this weekend, I decided to try to make my own. It turned out to be delicious! Full of garlic flavor and oh, so tangy.
Put it on a salad, of course, but it’s also good on pasta or as a dip for bread.
