Those who know me well know that one of my favorite drinks is a Paloma. I’m crazy for almost any drink made with pink grapefruit juice. Last week, I was out of grapefruit juice and instead of making a trip to the grocery for just one item, I decided to improvise.
I had a bottle of Italian Pomegranate Soda from World Market in the fridge. It’s a delicious sweet-tart sparkly soda, so I figured it would go great in a cocktail like a Paloma. I was right! This Pomegranate Paloma is super yummy. If you like margaritas, give this tasty drink a try. It’s very close to a Pomegranate Margarita, except with a sparkly kick.
