Spring has arrived, y’all. Today I am bringing you a list of 5 fresh vodka cocktails that are perfect for your next Spring happy hour. I am a big fan of using fresh fruit and a lil’ splash of soda in most of my vodka cocktails.
Pink Grapefruit Salty Dog
My version contains vodka, pink grapefruit juice, a little squeeze of lime and a splash of soda or sparkling water. It’s amazingly easy to make. The salted rim is the trickiest part, but it’s not something that should scare you away. Pink Grapefruit Salty Dogs are also easy to drink. This recipe makes two cocktails, so be sure to share with a friend!

Vodka Gimlet
I used homemade lime simple syrup in this Vodka Gimlet and it turned out tangy and limey, but not too sweet. Here’s my version of this classic cocktail served up in a sweet little vintage coupe glass. Make one for yourself and a friend today. Sip away!

Pear Vodka Cocktail
This tasty beverage begins by combining pear juice, ginger syrup, a squeeze of lime and good vodka (like my favorite, Tito’s) in a cocktail shaker of ice. Shake it well it strain it over ice. Top with a splash of soda. The pear juice gives the drink a bright, clean flavor. Perfect for a Spring meal!

I combined a peachy shrub (a drinking vinegar, that’s easy to make) with vodka and soda. The result is a beautiful and tasty fresh vodka cocktail.

Blackberry Vodka Fizz
This vodka cocktail recipe is a laundry list of my favorite tastes. It has flavors of fresh blackberries, mint and lime, sweetened with a touch of simple syrup. Rounding out the recipe is a smooth vodka (my favorite is Tito’s!), topped with La Croix lime flavored sparkling water.
