Who says that doing Whole30 has to be boring? I am all about bringing fun and life, even when I feel like my food choices are limited. To celebrate meeting the challenge of doing Whole30, I created a lovely Whole30 Paleo snack board that rivals any fancy cheese or charcuterie plate around.
Celebrating Whole30 with a Beautiful Compliant Snack Tray
If you know me at all, you know that I love entertaining. I love to make food that tastes and looks good. To celebrate Day 10 of this round of Whole30, I decided to make a yummy appetizer board for my family. Well, to be honest, I did it for me, but I let them enjoy it too.
I love arranging foods on a big platter or board. For instance, this Smoked Salmon Platter is so inviting. So is this brunch platter with doughnuts and English muffins. Neither of those are Whole30 though. But, this Whole30 charcuterie board is!
What better way to celebrate getting one-third of the way through a round of Whole30? I made this Whole30 Paleo snack board and a lovely mocktail with kombucha and sparkling water. It felt so decadent, but was healthy and Whole30 compliant at the same time. Winning!
As I was planning this epic Whole30 appetizer platter, I made a list of food categories I could include: fresh veggies, fresh fruits, dried fruits, nuts, compliant meats and compliant dips or dressings. It was exciting to see all the glorious possibilities!

I love how doing the Whole30 challenge gets my food creativity fired up. I have enjoyed developing delicious dishes like Southern Cauliflower Grits and Collard Greens. Also, I have loved looking back into past recipes that are Whole30 compliant such as this Apple Slaw and this Mojito Mocktail.
At first, the list of compliant foods seems so limited, but once you start exploring, you find that there are so many yummy possibilities. Who could pass up a platter filled with fresh fruits, veggies, prosciutto and more? Serve this up a your Super Bowl party or next tailgate party as a healthy option!
