30 Minute Sesame Beef Stir Fry
In a hurry to get a hot meal on the table? Using one of my favorite short-cuts, Mann's Organic Super Blend and just a few other ingredients, 30 Minute Sesame Beef Stir Fry will make you the hero of the kitchen.

Ingredients for the sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 TBSP rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 TBSP cornstarch
- 2 tsp agave nectar
Ingredients for the stir fry
- Sesame oil for cooking
- 1.5 lbs sliced beef
- 1 small onion roughly chopped
- 1 medium red bell pepper seeded and sliced finely
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 1 8.5 oz bag Mann's Organic Super Blend
- 3-4 green onions sliced
- cilantro
- toasted sesame seeds
To make the stir fry
Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add a small bit of sesame oil to the pan. Cook the onion and bell pepper until crisp tender. Then, remove from pan.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and sauté until cooked. Remove the mushrooms from the skillet.
Toss in the Mann's Super Blend and cook for just a few minutes. Remove from the pan and wipe the pan out.
Add in a couple of teaspoons of sesame oil. Then add in the beef. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add all the veggies back in to the pan with the meat.
Finally, pour in the sauce and cook, stirring the beef and veggies until the sauce is thickened up just a bit.
Serve this stir fry with cooked Jasmine rice. Add sliced green onion, cilantro and sesame seeds to garnish.
