Stir together the coconut oil, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
Fill a mini size muffin tin with paper liners. Pour a small amount of the cocoa mixture into the paper cups.
Drop a small spoonful of the peanut butter into the center of each cup.
Top each cup with a layer of chocolate.
Sprinkle each cup with a pinch of coarse sea salt.
Freeze until solid. About 45 minutes.
